① Two overflow valves with the same specifications and set parameters are prone to resonance;
② Improper piping can easily cause noise from the overflow valve;
③ The return oil of the control oil of the hydraulic directional valve (including the hydraulic valve part of the electro-hydraulic directional valve) should avoid connecting with the return oil pipeline with high   back   pressure;

④ It should be avoided to directly connect the drain pipes of multiple directional valves in parallel to form a return pipe for oil return;
⑤ It should be avoided to simply use the centering function of the directional valve to lock actuators that require high positioning accuracy;
⑥ When locking the actuator with a hydraulic check valve, the control oil port should be connected to the oil tank;
⑦ There should be no components or parts that may leak in the locking circuit;

⑧ The remote control port of the overflow valve is not allowed to leak;
⑨ The leakage of oil from the valve should be directly returned to the oil tank;
⑩ When disassembling and inspecting the directional valve, attention should be paid to the assembly direction of the valve core.
